Full-Time Sales Representative
Job Description
Job Duties:
• Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on potential sales outlets (cafes, bridal shops, photographers, artists etc).
• Adjust content of sales presentation by studying the type of sales outlets and presents to potential customers.
• Submits quotation and sales order as per approved by the management.
• Plans and works towards meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
• Keeps management informed by submitting daily sales call report, weekly/ monthly work plans and monthly territory analysis.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and promotions and keep management informed by submitting competitor analysis report.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
• Maintains good product knowledge and able to make recommendations to potential customers.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Diploma in Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
Required skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Required languages: Hokkien/ Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
Self-motivated and sales driven
Service orientated and “go-get-it” attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Others:
5 days work week

Based in Penang office
Must posses a car and willing to travel outstation (within Peninsular Malaysia)
Package:
Basic Salary: RM 1,500- RM 1,600
