Full-Time B2B System Analyst
Job Description
Create B2B design documentation and prototypes.
•Write B2B test cases and assisting with testing across all project phases in support of the design.
•Work with Business Analyst clients to clarify business network integration requirements, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions.
•Convert client requirements into technical terms for the development team, and advise clients on resource requirements, scope, budgets, and timing.
•Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams.
•Document changes and create troubleshooting guides.
•May provide Level 3 production support when Level 1 or 2 at the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is unable to solve a problem.
•Work on several projects simultaneously in teams with other Systems Analysts and developers.
Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology or related IT courses. Additional qualifications include:
•Highly analytical and excellent team player
•Demonstrated good interpersonal skills
•Ability to operate independently and cope with a highly challenging environment
•Knowledge in Rosettanet, EDI X12, EDIFACT
•SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
