Full-Time PCB Design Engineer
Job Description
Designing multi-layer board high in density and complexity with more than 1000 pins BGA packages.
•Translate the requirements from design guides into constraint rules of the PCB design tools.
•Complete layout design for the multi layers, high pin count printed circuit board.
•Complete the differential routing, length matching, DDR routing and constraint manager setting during the layout design cycle.
•Ensure the design is meeting test and manufacturing requirements, as well as compliance to Electromagnetic Compatibility requirement into layout design cycle later.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
•Knowledge of IPC standards for PCB design.
•PCB design using Cadence Allegro Suite.
•Experienced in HDI PCB design and SKILL programming are highly desirable.
•Personal Strengths – Hardworking, dedicated, self-motivated and an excellent team player
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
