Full-Time Account & Admin Assistant (Penang)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist and work closely with the manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Car Park Management Office.
- Maintain the confidentiality of correspondence, documents, discussions, meetings and telephone calls.
- Ensure good maintenance of all office machines and equipment for efficiency and cost control.
- Execute all daily clerical and administrative duties in an orderly and timely manner.
- Perform correct data entry on all income and expenses accounts of car parking operation.
- Cooperate and work closely with the finance and operations departments.
- Maintain systematic filing and recording of important documents, reports, invoices etc.
- Maintain a log book for all outgoing serialized car park/valet parking tickets for control and auditing purposes.
- Assist in the collection of money and cash count.
- Help in the replenishment of notes for Auto Pay Machines.
- Maintain a healthy cash float for car park operation i.e. notes for Auto Pay Machines.
- Assist in bank-in car park collections.
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of car parking collections.
- Prepare and submit a monthly income and expenses car park report.
- Other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
How to Apply
Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma in Business Administration/ Accounting
- 1 – 2 years working experience. Property development experience will be added advantage.
- English , Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (preferably) proficiency.
- Computer literature
