Full-Time Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Responsibilities :-
-To provide administrative duties with sense of urgency to meet commitment
– Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management and clients
– To undertake administration & other ad-hoc duties specified by the Management from time to time
– Prepare reports, general filing and administration tasks
– Handle day to day matters and providing efficient support for the team’s activities
– Provide administrative support to management and staff, filing, documentation, handling phone calls
– Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements:-
-Candidate must posses at least a Secondary SPM/O Level / Diploma/Advance graduate of any field
– Knowledge of MS office application
– Required languages : English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
– Min 2 years working experience
– have own transport
